BIOGRAPHY
Everyone in the music industry knows me as Dugal, My name is Dwayne which is where the name Dugal comes from. I am from St. Catherine (Spanish town), Jamaica where people in my childhood called me "Doo" , which was short for Dwayne then it evolved to "Dugal with 10 new Gals".
I am proud to have had the chance to Represent my Country, Jamaica as a Soccer Player from 1991-1996 and represent my Parrish, that is called State in America, from 1990-1993. I played in the A-League from my Community De La Vega City, and played in the primary league and came in 2nd place. we lost 2-1 against Naggo Head Primary. Also I was captain for my Parrish and I was chosen to be in a group at the University of the West Indies. The Coach, Roy Thomas in the Argentia group also mentored me during that experience. The program was a Winston Chung Fah organization. I help select the other 9 members of the team, including me, from other Parrish's involved in the league. I always thought Soccer was my passion through all my successes and happiness. All in all, Music has brought me farther in life and has never left my heart and soul.

I started doing music in 2001 and my record Label has always been named Dugal International Records. Soon after I started my label, a friend of mines named, Rodney Panton, contacted me from England for a business collaboration. We started a label called Honorable Records together and there was no stopping me from there. We did music production for Queen Africa, Tony Rebel, Sizzla Kalonji and other various Jamaican artists, they all were apart of our first production. Queen Africa even had a hit record from her 1st album called Fire Mama, from the album Fire Mama that I produced on my own in 2004-2005.
Following that ride of success, I continued to promote music for Tony Rebel's Artists, songs like , Daddy don't Touch Me There, by Queen Africa. I established a lifetime relationship with all of the Artists I've ever worked with from then on. From 2005-2010 I went on to be a road manager, manager, and producer for artists from Bird's Records in London. I have done work and songs for Bounty Killer and Elephant Man and got their beats made by Kronics and Iera, etc.
During my promotion for other labels I always made time to produce for my own label, working with Marlon B and the #1 band in Germany. I worked on 3 songs for Marlon B and talked about an album but life's situations got in the day and we chose family and our children over music for that time period. From 2010-2014 I continued to promote and work for various Jamaican and European artist including Elaine "little bit" Shepard, and Carrie Mullins, who were back and forth from Canada to Jamaica.
2014 I went on tour to 32 shows for 60 days as the road manager for Lutan Fyah a.k.a Anthony Martin. The tour took place in 9 different countries in Europe. In 2014, music finally lead me to America. Tony Rebel called me for a show in Jacksonville, Fl. and my journey began. I currently reside in California and I am seeking Talented Artist from all Genres to represent my label, DUGAL INTERNATIONAL RECORDS!
